The early months of a baby’s life can be tiring and full of worry for new parents, especially when you don’t know what to expect! Sleep is one of the most common concerns among new parents and yet very little formal education is available to help parents navigate through this time. I would like to help you find a way to work with your baby’s sleep that makes life more enjoyable and healthful for everyone! I have several solutions for parents looking for some clear direction about what is normal for newborn sleep, how to shape healthy habits and help creating a safe sleep environment for your new baby.
The New Sleepers options are designed for expectant parents or new parents with babies up to 6 weeks old. The Sleep Shaping is a good solution for families with babies 6 weeks to 4 months old.

You can book all of these programs online or if you prefer to call for details first, you can book directly with me. Age range is the adjusted age, please calculate ages from the due date of the child. All In-Home packages include the first 100 miles of travel, round trip, per visit. Additional miles will be billed at 50¢ per mile. Email support is based on a 24 hour period. 3 day support is three(3) 24 hour email periods. They do not need to be consecutive days. Includes a 15 minute introduction call if desired. Monthly support emails are one(1) 24 hour email session per month for the first 4 four months of life, or a total of four(4) email sessions.
