It’s Lovely to Meet You!

Hi! I’m Jess. I am an experienced postpartum doula, a certified pediatric sleep consultant and a mother of two amazing boys!

I’ve been where a lot of mothers have – tired, overwhelmed, and frankly out of my depth! Its part of why I delved into the work I’m doing – and I love every day! I find such joy in helping parents become confident, empowered and knowledgeable so they can enjoy the special time when their babies are young – to thrive, not just survive during these years.

It’s clear that we can all use support, rest and a helping hand at almost anytime while we are raising a family. I’ve realized, though, that two specific times have emerged as essential moments for families to have extra help, time to rest, bond and recover, and get specific guidance in a way that works for them:

Just after the birth of a new baby, and when it comes time to teach that baby good sleep habits.

I’ve made these two stages the focus of my efforts to help families succeed in meeting their specific goals, whatever they may be.

  • Practical experience in typical and atypical behavior for infants, toddlers, pre-schoolers and school-age children

  • Postpartum Training, Red Cross Certifications in Pediatric First Aid and CPR, AAP SIDS Course Completion

  • Postgraduate Training with Family Sleep Institute

  • Providing local support in New England and Florida, and recently expanding to support nationwide!

Life is meant to be lived

My free time is filled with cooking experiments, supporting the service members in my family, encouraging my budding film maker, traveling, and reading voraciously… and like most moms, making the most of every minute! I have lived all over the US and abroad, currently residing in Eastern Florida.
